4. Monitoring & Enforcement
We actively monitor accounts for unauthorized activity, including:
Login locations and frequency.
Download or sharing activity.
Suspicious usage patterns that suggest account sharing or reselling.
If unauthorized use is detected, we reserve the right to:
Immediately suspend or terminate your membership without refund.
Permanently ban you from accessing our Services.
Pursue civil damages, attorney’s fees, and injunctive relief.
Initiate legal proceedings for intellectual property theft or fraud under applicable state and federal laws.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. No refunds will be issued upon termination.

7. Limitation of Liability
